Fireworks stands are open and business is booming. Of course, the same old restrictions apply, no sale or use of fireworks inside the city limits.

You may be surprised to find displays like one at a Tulsa Target store. The items are on sale at Target, and although they look like fireworks you don't light them and they don't explode, they pop.

These party poppers and other items are legal, but their use probably ought to include some adult supervision.
