Tulsa Police are on the lookout for a gunman Tuesday. Around six o'clock Monday evening, a car with four men inside pulled up in the 4800 block of West 7th Street.

Police say one of those men shot another man in the chest outside the car before it driving off.

The victim is in the hospital, there's no word on his condition.
