A Tulsa man killed during a standoff in Broken Arrow Monday had a history of mental health problems. <br><br>31-year-old Christopher David Moore was shot by Tulsa County Sheriff&#39;s sniper at a hotel.

A Tulsa man killed during a standoff in Broken Arrow Monday had a history of mental health problems.

31-year-old Christopher David Moore was shot by Tulsa County Sheriff's sniper at a hotel. Moore was forced out of his room by tear gas and was holding a grenade. He was shot when he refused to obey orders and tried to throw the grenade.

Moore was wanted on drug and weapons charges. Court records show he underwent treatment and counseling for mental problems as a teen
