(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A bill dealing with how county court clerks do their job was among three measures vetoed by Governor Keating.

The bill would have let court clerks choose not to use the Oklahoma Court Information System.

That's a statewide court docketing system that's available over the Internet.

Keating says there have been problems with the system.

But he says it should be expanded and that individual counties should not be allowed to use their own systems.
