OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma and Oral Roberts received bids to the Division I baseball tournament Monday, while Oklahoma State was left out of the 64-team field.

The Sooners and ORU were sent to Wichita, Kan., along with Arkansas and host Wichita State. The regional begins Friday.

Oklahoma (35-25) opens play against Arkansas (31-26) in what will be the third meeting between the teams this season. Oklahoma won 7-1 in Norman and Arkansas won 9-6 in Fayetteville.

Oral Roberts (46-17), champion of the Mid-Continent Conference, will play Wichita State (46-15) in the first round.

Oklahoma State (37-21) was passed over after losing both its games at the Big 12 tournament last week. The Cowboys finished the year by losing four of their final five games.

The winners of each four-team regional will advance to the super regionals at eight sites to be determined. The winners of the super regionals will play in the College World Series, which starts June 14 at Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Neb.
