Tulsa Police are looking for a man they think may have some information in the death of a Tulsa woman.

Police say this man is a material witness in the death of 31-year-old Cindy Shanks. They believe his name may be Matt or Matthew. Investigators say Shanks was killed at a Tulsa motel on March 25th.
