For the second time in one week, Tulsa Police have another homicide to investigate.

Officers were called to the SouthGlen Apartment Complex near 56th and Quaker around nine o'clock Thursday night. Relatives of 27-year-old Allen Brown were concerned because they hadn't heard from him in a while. Tulsa Police Corporal Tom Milburn, “We looked inside the window, saw that there was a person inside and that they weren't moving, so officers forced the door open to check on the well being of the person inside and found the person inside, a male in his late 20's dead.”

Police aren't sure how long Brown had been dead. They say it appears someone killed him.

The medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
