A Claremore woman is dead following a car-train accident in Rogers County Tuesday evening.

The accident happened just south of Verdigris along Highway 66. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers believe 23-year-old Kelly Lynne Koupe was weaving through the downed crossarms when her car was hit. Koupe died instantly. The train carried the car a half mile down the tracks.

No one else was hurt.
