JB Cole pleaded guilty to murder Wednesday and received a sentence of life in prison without parole.

Prosecutors charged Cole and his 15-year-old stepson with murdering 71-year-old Donald Green. They took Green from his home on Christmas Eve, because they wanted his car.

Prosecutors say the two men killed Green and dumped his body in a Kentucky river. Police arrested Cole on January 7th in Terlton, Oklahoma.

15-year-old Mitchell Roberts got a 10-year term.
