PHOENIX (AP) _ Tickets for the next four Tostitos Fiesta Bowl games are sold out, officials said Saturday.

The bowl has now set up a waiting list in the event tickets become available.

``We are grateful to the college football fans across Arizona, as well as around the nation, for their enthusiasm for our game,'' said Kevin Hickey, the bowl's chairman.

For the 2002 game, the bowl will switch to an afternoon kickoff on New Year's Day to fill a time slot being vacated next year by the Rose Bowl.

The afternoon kickoff time will apply only to the 2002 Fiesta Bowl. Normally the Fiesta Bowl game begins around 6 p.m.

The Rose Bowl, which normally has been played on the afternoon of Jan. 1, will be held Jan. 3.

The Fiesta Bowl will play host to the national championship game in 2003.
