A third party is hoping those FBI documents will help his appeal. Michael Fortier was convicted as an accessory to Terry Nichols and Timothy McVeigh in the bombing. Fortier's Tulsa attorney has jumped on almost 500-documents from Los Angeles that concern his client. Michael McGuire is already working to get Fortier a new trial, and says this latest FBI slip-up is good for his case. "I don't think for a minute we got all the stuff pertaining to Fortier. They've withheld documents from us and they've refused to produce things that they previously agreed they would produce." McGuire says he doesn't have a timetable for a new trial. Fortier was sentenced to 12-years in prison, he's already served six.
