ST. LOUIS (AP) _ Kurt Warner insists he is over his concussion and ready to play again.

``I feel great,'' the St. Louis Rams quarterback said after the team's first minicamp practice Friday.

On draft day, Warner said he was still feeling aftereffects from the concussion he sustained in the regular-season finale. Not anymore.

But Warner _ the NFL's MVP from the 1999 season when the Rams won the Super Bowl _ stopped short of saying he was 100 percent.

``To tell you the truth, since the thing has lasted a period of time, I don't even know what 100 percent is anymore,'' he said. ``I'm not suffering from anything, so I'm going to go out and play.

``I would say it's 100 percent, but I can't say for sure, I guess.''

Warner said specialists have told him that symptoms can last from three months to a year. Recent tests indicate he has recovered.

``They're not the least bit worried, so I'm not the least bit worried,'' Warner said. ``I'm healed.''

Coach Mike Martz said Warner told him last week that the post-concussion symptoms had stopped.

``He looks great,'' Martz said. ``It's kind of gone the way the doctors predicted it would.''

Warner said he hasn't been throwing much, so he was encouraged by his accuracy in the first practice.

``It makes you feel good when you can go out there and really kind of pick up where you left off,'' Warner said. ``I thought we moved around very fast and I'm excited about what's in store.''
