(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are getting ready for next week's Big 12 Conference softball tournament to be played in Oklahoma City.

The sixth-ranked Sooners are the likely number two seed in the tournament behind tenth-ranked Nebraska.

Oklahoma State will be either the number four or number five seed in the tournament after winning its final four conference games.

O-U expect to play the winner of the Texas A-and-M-Iowa State game next Wednesday at Hall of Fame Stadium.

OSU will play either Kansas or Texas Tech next Thursday.
