(Branson-AP) -- Efforts to accommodate bus travelers are paying off for one southwest Missouri resort community.

Branson has been given top honors by the American Bus Association as the best all-around city for motorcoach travel. It's also the destination with the best value for money spent, and the city that works hardest to accommodate group tours.

More than 250 bus and tour operators weighed in with their favorites. The results are published in this month's edition of ``Destinations'' magazine.

Branson also ranks third in the hottest up-and-coming destination for groups. And its shows rank third-best in the category of theater-entertainment for groups.
