NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Sergio Garcia went 4-for-6, including a two-run homer, as Oklahoma completed a three-game sweep of Centenary College with a 16-7 victory on Sunday.
Garcia put the Sooners on board first with his two-run home run to left field, then he hit an RBI-triple in a four-run second inning as Oklahoma (19-28-1) took a 6-0 advantage.
Centenary closed the gap with a run in the third, but the Sooners answered with six more runs, including a two-run home run by Charlie Frasier, in the fourth to take a 12-1 advantage.
OU scored two more runs in the fifth, then Centenary scored two runs in the sixth and seventh innings to reach 14-5.
Oklahoma scored another run in the seventh inning and one in the eight inning. Centenary (22-36-1) scored two more runs in the ninth.
Rocky Cherry (7-6) allowed one run and five hits in five innings in picking up the victory for Oklahoma.
Patrick Rhodes (1-1) allowed eight hits and six runs in two innings in taking the loss for Centenary.
