NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Texas Tech scored three runs in the seventh and eighth innings Friday night to beat Oklahoma 9-3.
Brandon Roberson (9-3) went 8 1/3 innings for the victory, allowing 11 hits but striking out eight.
The Red Raiders (31-14, 14-8) got two hits each from Austin Cranford, Nick Blankenship, Kerry Hodges, Anthony Arnerich and Tyler Carson.
The score was tied at 3 before Tech took control in the seventh and added the insurance runs an inning later.
Oklahoma (15-27, 9-13) got two hits from Jerome Godsey and Sergio Garcia. Rocky Cherry (6-5) was the losing pitcher, allowing six hits and six runs in 6 1/3 innings.
