Tulsa police arrested a man in connection with a weekend murder. 27-year-old Roger Garcia was arrested in the death of his girlfriend. She was found dead in her apartment last Saturday. There were no visible signs of trauma, but the State Medical Examiner ruled she died by strangulation.
