(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is again ordering affiliates of Oklahoma Natural Gas to provide records of natural gas sales to other utilities.

The affiliates that sell the gas to ONG are asking the state Supreme Court to block the order. A hearing is set for May 2nd.

ONG also objects to the order, saying contracts to buy the gas were awarded through competitive bidding.

The commission yesterday voted 2-to-1 to force the release of the records. Commission staff wants to compare the cost of natural gas sold to utilities and companies in 28 other states to the price paid by ONG.

The price ONG pays is passed on to the customer.
