(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Farm Fresh of Oklahoma City says it is selling its dairy division to Hiland Dairy of Springfield, Missouri.

The price of the sale that's to be effective on May First has not been revealed.

The sale includes a production facility in Chandler that has 300 employees, but plant spokesman Thomas Searls says those people will NOT lose their jobs.

Searls say Hiland may even increase production and the work force at the Chandler facility.

Farm Fresh plans to continue its bakery division in Lawton where 100 employees produce breads, rolls, buns and other items.
