A Creek County man remains in critical condition this morning after he was shot by police this weekend. The shooting happened during a raid at Jerry Phelps home in Oakhurst.
Police were looking for a meth lab and were serving a search warrant when they say Phelps pulled a gun.
Officers opened fire, hitting the man five times. The officers are on adminstrative leave pending an investigation.
Phelps faces charges of operating a meth lab and possession of a firearm.
