(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The Four-A girls basketball championship is decided today by one point.

Autumn Morton hit a 3-pointer with 16 seconds left as Bristow beat Idabel 28-27.

Morton's 22-footer from the top of the key wasn't only her sole basket, but it was the Purple Pirates' only score of the second half.

Bristow led 25-16 at halftime, but committed eight turnovers and missed all 11 of its shots against the Lady Warriors' zone defense until Morton's game-winning shot.

Idabel's Sheniella Robinson missed a 3-pointer with three seconds left.

Senior forward Brittany Patterson scored 11 points to pace Bristow, which won 12 of its last 13 games. The title was the Purple Pirates' third in five years.

Flo Cary scored 12 points to lead Idabel, which ended the season at 21-and-six.
