TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Authorities expect two Tulsa Union high school students to surrender Thursday after felony pornography charges were filed against them for allegedly videotaping a 17-year-old girl while she was engaged in sexual acts with one of them.

Prosecutors on Wednesday charged Adam Wayne Wilbanks and Jacob Matthew Gibbons, both 18, with two counts of preparing obscene material with intent to distribute and exhibiting profane material.

Wilbanks also is charged with obstructing an officer in the line of duty.

The boys allegedly set up a video camera to record Gibbons having sex with his 17-year-old girlfriend in late December, according to information from Tulsa police detectives. As many as 10 other male students ranging in age from 15 to 18 watched the tape on two occasions in early January.

Tulsa County District Attorney Tim Harris said arrest warrants were issued and that he has spoken to the boys' parents.

School officials told police about the tape on Jan. 11 after someone at the school intercepted student e-mails that included profane language and made reference to the tape, authorities said.

The girl didn't know she was being recorded on videotape or that the two men intended to show the tape to others, authorities said.

It's against the law in Oklahoma to record a sex act without all participants' knowledge. The law also bars the recording of any person younger than 18 engaged in a sex act regardless of consent to the act, authorities said.

Police confiscated the videotape and a camera.
