(Oklahoma City-AP) -- An Oklahoma County judge issued a bench warrant today for a woman who fled a courtroom as she was about to plead guilty to drug charges.

Tammy Sue Wilkinson was waiting with her attorney to enter a plea that would have sent her to prison for five years.

District Judge Twyla Mason Gray also issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Gary Don Hare, who fled the courtroom before appearing in front of the judge. Hare was facing the possibility of returning to prison on charges of transporting a loaded firearm and drug possession.

The pair were not in custody when they walked out of the courtroom.

Law officers established a perimeter around the courthouse, but they had not been found late tonight.
