PASADENA, Calif. (AP) â€” Kathie Lee Gifford said she doesn't miss the morning television show she co-hosted with Regis Philbin.

Gifford bantered with Philbin on ``Live With Regis & Kathie Lee'' for 15 years before leaving last July. She told reporters Wednesday she assumed she'd be homesick for the talk show, but so far she hadn't been.

``I've been so busy doing what I love doing and having so much fun,'' she said. ``A lot of people don't realize that I was an actress and singer long before I sat next to Regis, and I never really dreamed I would be there that long.''

Gifford said she and Philbin had dinner recently and remain friends. She said they've talked on the phone the past few months, but this was their first chance to sit down together.

``We never had an argument in 15 years. It was the best professional partnership I could have ever had,'' she said. ``So when they write the garbage about it, Reege laughs about it and I laugh about it. It's just, you know, it's part of the business.''
