A 20-year-old murder mystery is now in the hands of the Tulsa County District Attorney. Investigators are asking prosecutors to charge all parties involved in the 1981 murder of Tulsa businessman Roger Wheeler. Wheeler was found dead in his car after playing a round of golf at Southern Hills country club. He had been shot in the head. Wheeler’s killing has been linked to the mob.
