(Miami-AP) -- A former University of Oklahoma quarterback who led the Sooners to two national championships is now a congressman.

U-S Representative J-C Watts returned to Miami today for Orange Bowl festivities.

He led the Oklahoma Sooners to victory in the Orange Bowl against Florida State in 1980 and 1981.

The two teams are playing again in the Orange Bowl next Wednesday for the national championship.

Watts delivered the keynote speech today at the annual Orange Bowl prayer breakfast sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Watts is a member of the Orange Bowl Hall of Fame.
