LAS VEGAS (AP) â€” Mike Tyson's lawyer says money and not justice is the motive behind a lawsuit a topless dancer filed against the boxer.

``Mr. Tyson has sadly been targeted by a number of people who seek monetary gain over frivolous lawsuits,'' Jim Jimmerson said.

Victoria Bianco claims Tyson shoved her May 8 at Cheetah's, a topless club near downtown Las Vegas.

The lawsuit claims Bianco was injured when Tyson's ``violent and powerful'' shove ``caused her to fall on her tailbone.''

Jimmerson said the allegations are false.

Bianco, 24, quit dancing the next day and sued Tyson on June 23. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Bianco's lawyer could not be reached Tuesday for comment.
