Convicted Oklahoma City bombing conspirator Terry Nichols will not get a new federal trial. A federal appeals court ruled Monday that the F-B-I did not withhold crucial evidence in Nichols' case. The court also rejected a request by Nichols to look at thousands of government lead sheets developed during their investigation. Nichols is currently serving a life sentence in federal prison. He still faces 160 murder charges in Oklahoma.
