(Tulsa-AP) -- The body of a woman found in a creek in Tulsa has been identified as that of a Tulsa woman.
Police say the victim is 23-year-old Seneca Burrell and that they're investigating the death as a homicide.
Officer Lucky Lamons says Burrell died as a result of blunt trauma to the face and the head.
Lamons says police have developed some leads, but have made no arrests and have not determined a motive for the death.
Police believe Burrell's body was dropped into the creek after she was killed at another location. A city worker found the body while inspecting a bridge in the area.
