(Denver-AP) -- Denver Nuggets forward Antonio McDyess is wondering if the team is just jinxed on the road after it collapsed in the fourth quarter against the Orlando Magic last night.
McDyess thinks the Nuggets are better than their 10-and-10 record shows and neither he nor anyone else on the team can figure out why they have such a hard time winning on the road. They are now 2-and-7 away from home.
McDyess says he doesn't know why the Nuggets can't pull it off and that the team is better than most others on the East Coast. They weren't last night when they made 1-of-18 in the fourth quarter.
There was nothing wrong with McDyess. He scored 28 points and had 12 rebounds even though his shin was bruised in the previous game and he thought earlier in the day that he would have to sit this one out.
