LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Brian Grazer and David E. Kelley will be honored by the Producers Guild of America.

Kelley, who produces award-winning TV shows such as ``Ally McBeal'' and ``The Practice,'' will be given the David Susskind Lifetime Achievement Award in Television.

Grazer, who has been nominated for 19 Academy Awards, will receive the David O. Selznick Lifetime Achievement Award in Theatrical Motion Pictures.

The organization's 12th annual Golden Laurel Awards will be held March 3 in Beverly Hills, the guild announced Wednesday.
