The Tulsa Race Riot Commission will meet Friday to review the account of its findings, and to prepare a final report. That report will go to the state legislature. A 284-page report compiled by two historians has been submitted to the commission. Included in the report is the commission findings on the racial clash, the actual number of deaths, property losses, and actions of city and state officials. No one knows for sure how many people died in the riots, but estimates range from 75 to 300 people.
