Fire forces school to cancel classes

(Tulsa-AP) -- There will be no classes this week at a Tulsa middle school that was damaged by fire. <br><br>One-third of Lewis and Clark Middle School has been declared a total loss because of the blaze.

(Tulsa-AP) -- There will be no classes this week at a Tulsa middle school that was damaged by fire.

One-third of Lewis and Clark Middle School has been declared a total loss because of the blaze. Investigators say the Friday fire was started by a propane torch that was being used to repair the roof and ventilation.

Repairs at the school are expected to be complete by January Second when Tulsa Public Schools resumes following the winter break.
