SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (AP) _ Jackie Stiles scored 28 points and No. 13 Southwest Missouri State was dominant defensively Wednesday night in a 78-44 win over Oklahoma State.

Stiles scored 17 of her points in the second half as the Bears (3-1) held the Cowgirls (4-1) to just nine field goals after the break. Oklahoma State shot just 24 percent from the field and committed 16 turnovers in the second half.

Carly Deer added 13 points for Southwest Missouri State, which led by 17 points at the half.

Machell Roberts scored 12 points and Trisha Skibbe had 10 for Oklahoma State.
