A Nowata man was killed Tuesday night when he drove his vehicle into the side of a semi-trailer making a U-turn, authorities said.
Donald Roy Brady, 70, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on U.S. 412 in Noble County shortly after 8 p.m, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
Troopers said Brady was pinned in the vehicle for an hour and a half.
The semi-trailer driven by Willie B. Evans, 48, of Leavenworth, Kan., was across all westbound lanes of the interstate when Brady hit it, the patrol said.
