The Material Mom will take another trip down the aisle. After months of cagey denials, Madonna finally admitted in

Wednesday's edition of The London Sun that she and British director-boyfriend Guy Ritchie plan to marry.

"Guy has asked me to marry him and I've said yes. ... We are very much in love, and it seemed like the natural thing."

The 42-year-old mother of two - 3-year-old Lourdes by father Carlos Leon,

and 4-month-old Rocco by Ritchie - said that a date hasn't been set, but that "it could be next year."

As of now, though, Madonna is busy promoting her new album "Music," and 32-year-old Ritchie is promoting his second film, "Snatch." In addition,

Madonna says, their "son has just been born, so it's difficult to manage all that. It would be a bit stressful. ... So we're not going to get married before Christmas."

Madonna is expected to wear Versace on the big day, whenever that may be.

For now the couple is working toward settling down permanently in Britain.
