(Bartlesville-AP) -- The Fox Television Series ``America's Most Wanted'' will air an episode on a shootout between a deputy and two men in Nowata County.

The September Sixth shootout occurred after deputy Billy Scott stopped a car carrying armed robbery suspect Bill Guthrie and his uncle, Steve Hindman. Scott was shot in the hand and Guthrie was shot in the head while Hindman escaped.

Scott was treated and released at a local hospital. Guthrie was taken to a Tulsa hospital.

Hindman is wanted on a felony charge of shooting with intent to kill a police officer.

Nowata County Undersheriff Jay Long says he hopes the national media attention will help authorities find Hindman.

An air date for the episode will be announced later.
