(Tulsa-AP) -- A Tulsa nursing home owner has been arrested on a felony charge of caretaker abuse and neglect.

Jon Fleak, the owner of Leisure Living residential care center was arrested yesterday, along with employee Patricia Anne Pettit.

Pettit, who also uses the last name Edwards, is charged with failure to report abuse.

Employees Tammy Lynn Dorris and Beverly Jean Seymour have also been charged with failing to report abuse, but have not been arrested.

The arrests and charges come one month after an 83-year-old resident was hospitalized with severe malnutrition, dehydration, bed sores and other medical problems.

A Health Department official says ten people lived in the center. Darren Burgess says six have moved out and four others are looking for a place to stay.

Burgess says Health Department employees are caring for the residents.
