(Skiatook-AP) -- A defense fund has been established to assist two Skiatook High School employees who were suspended after turning over a videotape to a Tulsa television station.

The tape shows Harry Red Eagle Junior adjusting a video camera in the junior high girls' locker room. The tape also shows five female basketball players changing clothes after practice.

Assistant principal Gary Ferguson and science teacher Dennis Curtis were put on paid suspension after Superintendent Harry Red Eagle Senior recommended they be fired.

That recommendation came at the conclusion of an internal investigation launched after the videotape aired on K-O-T-V.

Ferguson and Curtis say they turned the tape over to K-O-T-V to ensure the matter was taken care of and not swept under the rug.

They await due process hearings.
