(Las Cruces, New Mexico-AP) -- A 42-28 loss to New Mexico State Saturday hasn't hurt the confidence of Tulsa quarterback Josh Blankenship. In fact, he says his team can beat Number Eleven T-C-U next Saturday. Blankenship says while he wanted to win the game, Tulsa is still two-and-one in the WAC and he still hopes to win the conference.
