(Jay-AP) -- A Delaware County jury has acquitted a Grove businessman of indecent exposure.

Thirty-nine-year-old Mike Roberts was charged in April with indecent exposure in connection with an incident at a Sonic Drive-in in Grove.

Authorities say Grove police arrested Roberts at his body shop north of Grove after Roberts admitted he hid his car when he heard his name mentioned over the police scanner.

A 17-year-old Sonic worker testified during Roberts' trial that she saw him partially exposed as he sat in his car.

The jury deliberated less than one hour before returning with the verdict.
