(Wyandotte-AP) -- A Washington truck driver has pleaded innocent in the death of a 16-year-old Wyandotte teen-ager.

Fifty-nine-year-old William Rodney Gilbert was charged yesterday in Ottawa County District Court at Miami with misdemeanor charges of negligent homicide, failure to secure a load and over-height limit.

Gilbert posted bond and is scheduled to return to court in November.

Officials say Bradley Stoner was instantly killed when the roof of his vehicle was sheared off by a boat casing knocked off Gilbert's truck when it failed to clear a railroad bridge on alternate U-S 69.
