(Tulsa-AP) -- Northeastern State University plans to move its academic courses from Tulsa to Broken Arrow.
The move will take place over two years.
The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education approved the move yesterday.
Northeastern's main campus is in Tahlequah. Northeastern will move 50 percent to 60 percent of its courses offered at Oklahoma State's Tulsa campus to Broken Arrow by fall 2001 if buildings and roads at the new campus are complete.
Northeastern President Larry Williams says the remainder of the courses will be moved by fall 2002.
There will be some course duplication at O-S-U-Tulsa during the transition.
