OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A little rain means Oklahoma can get cooking outdoors again.
Gov. Frank Keating signed an executive order Tuesday lifting the outdoor grilling ban in all 77 Oklahoma counties because of weekend rainfall. A statewide burn ban, however, remains in effect.
``Most of Oklahoma received rainfall last weekend,'' Keating said, ``however it was not enough to lift the outdoor burn ban. The vast majority of the state is still extremely dry and any outdoor burning remains strictly prohibited.''
Oklahomans can use charcoal or gas grills in public and private places, but the governor urged extreme caution.
