An American Airlines plane made an unscheduled landing at Tulsa International Airport Saturday evening,

The flight was diverted to Tulsa around 630p.m. after a passenger found a suspicious looking envelope on board and gave it to a flight attendant.

The pilot radioed ahead and asked for permission to land the plane and have the package examined.

Tulsa's bomb squad responded to the call along with the FBI, but didn't find anything dangerous on the plane.

The plane was enroute to Seattle from Miami.

It was on the ground for an hour.
