NORTHEAST
Birch: Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water clear. Black bass fair on spinnerbaits and plastic worms; hybrids fair drifting live shad or trolling crankbaits; channel catfish good on live shad or cut bait; crappie good on minnows and jigs.
Eucha: Elevation normal, water 80 and clear. All fishing reported good.
Greenleaf: Black bass fair on crankbaits and topwater lures early.
Hulah: Elevation normal, water murky. Blue catfish good on shad, cut shad and minnows; crappie fair on minnows and jigs in the river over brush piles.
Kaw: Sand bass excellent off windy points; channel catfish good on shad in the Coon Creek and Bear Creek flats.
Skiatook: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 84 and clear. Sand bass good on topwater lures; hybrids fair on live shad and trolling crankbaits; channel catfish good on all baits; crappie good on minnows and jigs near deep brush piles at night.
Sooner: Sand bass and hybrids fair on slabs or trolling deep in the north end.
Spavinaw: Elevation above normal, water 80 and clear. All fishing reported good.
Tenkiller: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water clear. Black bass fair using jumbo plastic worms; lizards and jig and pig combinations, 12-25 ft., off rocky ledges.
SOUTHEAST
Eufaula: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water clear. Black bass fair on plastic baits off deep points; sand bass good early and late near the deep flats.
Hugo: Elevation 3 ft. below normal, water 83. Black bass good on crankbaits and top water lures; crappie fair on jigs in the river channel.
Konawa: Elevation normal, water 93 and clear. Black bass fair on top water lures, 5-10 ft., in the coves; channel catfish good on shad in the south cove.
McGee Creek: Elevation 3 ft. below normal, water 84 and clear. Black bass fair on Carolina rigs, 10-15 ft., and topwater lures early and late in open water, look for schooling bass.
Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 82 and murky. Channel catfish fair on fresh shad, 15-30 ft., in the old Arkansas River channel.
Texoma: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 86 and clear. Black bass fair on spinnerbaits, 5-10 ft., off points; striped bass fair on live shad, 15-20 ft., near the islands; channel catfish fair on cut bait, 5-10 ft. at Burns Run.
NORTHWEST
Canton: Elevation 1 ft. below normal. Sand bass and hybrids good drifting live shad or artificial baits; channel catfish fair.
Great Salt Plains: Elevation normal. Channel catfish good on grasshoppers and shad on trot lines.
SOUTHWEST
Tom Steed: Sand bass, hybrids and walleye fair on slabs in deep water.
Waurika: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water clear. Hybrids good on shad and slabs trolling, look for schooling late in the coves; channel catfish good on stinkbait early and late in the main creek channel.
All fishing is reported as slow at the following lakes: Altus-Lugert, Arbuckle, Arcadia, Atoka, Broken Bow, Carl Blackwell, Copan, Draper, Foss, Ft. Cobb, Ft. Gibson, Grand, Hefner, Hudson, Keystone, Murray, Overholser, Pine Creek, Sardis, Thunderbird, Webbers Falls, Wes Watkins and Wister.
