Full-length programs produced by KOTV are now available 24 hours, seven days a week for your convenience on kotv.com. In addition to the coverage of the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, you can also see the KOTV’s “50th Anniversary†special which aired in November 1999. Plus, you can now watch the holiday favorite “In the Footsteps of Jesus,†anytime. The program was written and produced by News on Six Education Reporter Glenda Silvey.
Other programs include the “Wild Weather Special 2000†hosted by KOTV meteorologists Jim Giles, Dick Faurot and James Aydelott. Come along with Scott Thompson, the Oklahoma Traveler as he shows you the “Tales Along the Arkansas,†and “Silver Wings in Prairie Skies.â€
“Heads Upâ€, KOTV’s public service series of stories concerning teenage mental health is also streamed. The “Heads Up Teen Town Hall†which was recently nominated for an Emmy award, is also available for viewing.
In addition, all broadcasts of the News on Six including “Six in the Morning,†the Noon News, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM daily broadcasts are all archived for viewing. These programs are archived to kotv.com daily and are available for one week. Miss the first few minutes of a broadcast of the News on Six? No problem.
