TAMPA, Fla. (AP) â€” Center Wayne Primeau, a restricted free agent, re-signed Monday with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Financial terms of the one-year contract were not disclosed.

Primeau, 24, had two goals and three assists in 17 games for the Lightning after being acquired March 10 from Buffalo, which drafted him 17th overall in the 1994 entry draft.

The 6-foot-3, 225-pound forward has 21 goals, 28 assists and 252 penalty minutes in six NHL seasons.

Defenseman Pavel Kubina is the Lightning's only remaining unsigned restricted free agent.
