Talons take on Tennessee Valley tonight

(Tulsa-AP) -- Tulsa Talons coach Jon Norris says he hopes a little rust has grown on the Tennessee Valley Vipers the past ten days. The Vipers have been off for ten days but will play the Talons tonight in Huntsville, Alabama, to kick off the arena football-Two playoffs.

For his part, Norris says the Talons 63-to-60 win over Tallahassee last week has put them in good spirits for tonight's matchup. That may be vital for the injury-plagued Talons. Defensive back Itis Atkinson says it's time for him and his teammates to quote "suck it up" and play to win.
