Authorities searching the Arkansas River below the Keystone Dam found the body of 28-year-old Steve Moody of Tulsa Tuesday morning. Moody was fishing with two of his friends and one of their son’s near the dam on Monday. Witnesses say the current began to pull the boat toward the dam, even with the anchor in the dropped position.

Witnesses say the boat's engine also broke down. “The whole boat went under water and shot out the two kids,” said Justin Cornelius. “It came out about 200 yards down. The other two never came up. And the boat ended up floating upside down."

Also killed in the accident was 37-year-old James Wheery of Oklahoma City. His nine- year-old son and a unidentified 21-year-old man, swam safely to shore.

Investigators say the four were fishing in a legal area before the accident occurred.
